Project 18: 0-300V Variable Power Supply

Variable Power Supply

Problem Statement

Many electronic projects and experiments require a variable power supply that can provide a wide range of voltages. However, high-quality and reliable variable power supplies can be expensive, and there is a need for a cost-effective solution for hobbyists, students, and small businesses.

Description

This project focuses on designing and building a variable power supply capable of outputting voltages from 0 to 300V. The system will use a microcontroller to regulate the voltage and allow precise control. It will be equipped with digital displays for voltage and current, as well as overcurrent and overvoltage protection features. This power supply will be suitable for electronics labs, repair shops, and research settings.
