Problem Statement

In healthcare, sterilization of equipment is critical to preventing infections and maintaining hygienic environments. Chemical sterilization can be harmful and time-consuming. There is a need for an efficient and safe disinfection system that uses UVC technology.

Description

This project uses a UVC light source to sterilize objects by killing microorganisms. The system is controlled via Arduino and uses a temperature sensor to monitor and regulate sterilization conditions. The sterilizer's operation time and temperature can be set through a keypad, and the system displays real-time data on an LCD. It also includes a safety feature that turns off the UVC lamp if unsafe temperatures are detected. An optional GSM module can be integrated to send alerts when the sterilization process is complete.
