Project 11: Soap Production Factory
Soap production is a labor-intensive process that often requires careful temperature and ingredient management. Small-scale soap producers struggle with automating the process to improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality. Additionally, managing production volume and ensuring the right quantities of ingredients are mixed is often challenging.
This project involves the design of an automated soap production system that uses sensors and a microcontroller like Arduino. The system automates the mixing of ingredients based on predetermined ratios and ensures the proper temperature control during the mixing and heating processes. The system includes a motor for mixing, temperature sensors, and automated pumps to add ingredients at the right time. An LCD display shows the production status and any alerts.
