Motors are vital components in many industrial applications, and their efficient performance is critical for minimizing downtime and ensuring productivity. However, continuous monitoring of motor conditions, such as temperature, vibration, and power consumption, is often done manually or using expensive, limited-range systems. There is a need for a cost-effective, long-range, and automated monitoring system for motors in remote locations.
This project focuses on developing a motor monitoring system that utilizes LoRa (Long Range) communication to wirelessly monitor motor parameters, such as vibration, temperature, and power consumption. The system will continuously track the motor's performance and send data to a central server for analysis. LoRa enables long-range communication, making it ideal for monitoring motors in large industrial plants or remote locations.
