Traditional door locking systems rely on physical keys, which can be easily lost, duplicated, or stolen. This poses a security risk for homes, offices, and institutions. There is a need for a more secure and convenient method of controlling access to doors using modern electronic systems.
The automatic door lock system uses a microcontroller, keypad or RFID tag, and a servo or solenoid lock to control access electronically. Users can unlock the door using a password, card, or mobile app. Some versions also support biometric (fingerprint) or facial recognition. The system can log entry times and alert the user if unauthorized access is attempted.
