Problem Statement

Traditional coffee roasting processes are mostly manual, requiring experience to control roasting time and temperature accurately. Inconsistent roasting can affect coffee quality and flavor. A smart, automated system is needed to precisely control and monitor roasting conditions for improved quality and repeatability.

Description

This system uses a microcontroller, temperature sensor, and display unit to monitor and control the coffee roasting process. The user can set temperature and roasting time using a keypad or mobile app interface. The system automatically adjusts heat and alerts the user when roasting is complete. Data can also be logged or displayed for review, ensuring consistency in every batch.
