The candle-making process can be time-consuming and requires consistent monitoring to ensure quality and uniformity in the products. Manual production can result in uneven shapes, varying wax quantities, and temperature inconsistencies.
This project automates the candle-making process, including melting wax, pouring it into molds, and adding fragrances or colors. The system uses sensors to monitor temperature and wax levels, ensuring the optimal conditions for each step of the process. Motors control the pouring of the wax, and a microcontroller (like Arduino) is used to manage the timing and sequencing of the entire production cycle. An LCD display and optional GSM module allow the user to monitor the status and receive alerts when actions are required.
